So it's been a year. Seems like only yesterday I opened my etsy shop. I feel a great sense of accomplishment even though my shop has yet to take off, I have managed to meet the goals that I had when setting up shop. It didn't come easy though. The one thing I struggle with most is my photography but it is something that has improved greatly with practice and experience. Take a look at the photos from my first sale, and the newest photos of a similar necklace.














As you can see they have dramatically improved. Although my photos are better than they were a year ago I am still trying to improve and showcase my jewelry the best way possible.


1 Year, 16 sales, 222 shop hearts, 563 face book fans, and 339 twitter followers, later I am very happy with my jewelry experience so far. When I set up shop I only intended to have a creative outlet to share with the world and make a little extra money in the process, but the more time I spend making jewelry the more I love it, and I hope this is something I will be able to continue to do for years to come.
